Voyager is the best, no boubt about it. Year of Hell...Species 8472...Equinox...all great episodes. Like i've said before, I think Voyager perfected end of season cliff-hangers. Ok, so tech-wise it wasn't exactly pefect, but how can you be, when you have decades of <Sometimes conflicting> source material to base a story on?
Enterprise...is a good series in itself, but as a Trek...nyeh. Messing with the Timeline just doesn't work with me. The series should have focussed much more on the first contacts with races we already know of, rather than meeting ones that apparently don't exist even 100 years later!
DS9...had a good intro, want boring in the middle, then went out in one hell of a bang - even if there was the minor oversight that Sisko could've come back at any time he pleased.
I especially liked the fact that the opening credits changed over time (Coz i'm the sort of freak who notices things like that) but the fact that there was an entire new Quadrant to explore wasn't a bad thing either.
TNG...had its moments, but it also had bad ones. I don't think retirement would be a bad thing for the crew now, but guest appearances shouldn't be out of the question. The fact that many of the episodes were written during filming is never a good thing.
TOS...the grandaddy of them all. TOS's purpose was a vision of the future, but that vision is now out of date. Whilst it was new and fresh when it was made, it is out of place with modern times. The newer treks all brought something new in their own respects, and lost some things in the process - which isn't necessarily a bad thing.
Every series has its own merits and failings. Some more so than others. I absolutely love Voyager, but i'll sit and watch any episode from any series you throw at me.
Because of this, i'd have Voyager at the top of my list, with the others all in joint second place.

I think TNG was the best overall. But on the "Big things" Voyager and DN9 were both very good - voyager edging it. I enjoyed most of Enterprise though aswell. Havn't seen TOS don't know much about it
