Archer does seem like he's missing his cohones, doesn't he? Hmm just one vote - too bad. Anyway, my first choice is Picard, cause it was always him and Data and Spock that I have always associated with Star Trek... a truly unforgettable figure. Definitely the best captain... He would be head of my Star Trek Dream Team... Janeway is my second choice....if Picard were in her place i must wonder how he would handle Seven of Nine... i know how Kirk would

I don't think a poll does the captains justice. Kirk is the best in my opinion, but Sisko is in close second, and Archer a little behind that. If everyone felt the same, kirk would get all the votes and Sisko and Archer would get none.
