I have a 2.2meg connection, and I average at about 230k. The only filesharing application I use is Kazaalite 2.42 - it's the only program i've been able to get to work on my computer. I've tried to download torrent files before, but all I end up with is an unusable filetype - would the same thing happen to me if I tried to download the Torrent version? |

Ya, CVN, that's what my problem was! 
It helps to have a program that runs them - I spent ages trying to get them to work with Media player, or Winzip, or any other program i could find!  
I guess i'll just avoid those files from now on, coz I swear by Kazaa. 
(Plus its name almost sounds Romulan! )

OCremix () is a site that makes remixes of music from games. You can apparently download their music in torrent format, although it has never worked for me. (For the reasons above )
Oh, a word of warning though, the site uses quite a lot of pop-under advertising, and the google toolbar isn't able to block all of it. Please don't kill me for advertising, Jig, Centurion did ask afterall...
