Jigalypuff recently posted a link to some Lightwave tutorials for Zahadoom, and whilst I was looking at the website, I came across a Star Trek montage that a group of people have created.

I thought it was quite cool, so I thought i'd link to it here for other people to see.

I think that stuff like this is worthy of its own thread, so I made one, rather than just lumping it into the Star Wreck thread - which admittedly is a similar sort of thing.

Its a .avi file and is just under 40meg in size. The sound quality is a bit low, but that doesn't matter coz it's the picture that counts.

(Warning - you may not like it if you are a Star Trek Purist!)

I've posted links to these two files before as well, but they fit in with this thread. They are fly-by's of a Sovereign and a Prometheus, and both weigh in at around 8meg:

Well, I thought it was pretty good, but did they have to use Ent's theme music? No matter what your opinion on Ent is, just about everyone can agree that the music stunk.

I have a fly by i made of a high poly klingon d7 undocking from a fed tos era shipyard awhile ago dunno whos the models where but the tiny clip was nice to see for all of 5 seconds hehe.

I saw the 2 movies of the prometheus and the sovereign...but I think it wasn't a prometheus but a Ares class.........am I correct? because the prometheus had 4 warp naceles and this one had 2........afterall it was nicely done

The ship IS called the Ares, but people referred to it as a Prometheus class, so...
