Nice find! cant wait - especially since its XBOX LIVE, so we all can have a nice 'friendly' game or two! its published by Bethesda! they're one of my favorite game makers - good RPGs! |

Bethesda? Are they the people who made the Elder Scroll series? ("are still making" I should say  ) That's an AWESOME RPG series, can't wait till Oblivion comes out!
Hmm, gonna check those links now Thom. Been wanting a new Trek game FOREVER!!! Any genre will do as long as it's Trek! |

I've never heard of Bethesda, but Mad Doc software make great games. Let's just hope this game is up to scratch, though. A game failure now could be the final nail in Star Trek's official coffin. 
It's all down to whether the game is programmed right and the fans like it. If the fans like it, they'll buy it. If the fans buy it, Paramount will rake in the money. If it fails... 8O Oh by the way, Thom, your third link doesn't seem to be working. I guess big news like this doesn't stay still for long...

I thought mad dog was bought by a publisher? I got the email about this game from Startrek Gaming Union Team, email as follows: Quote: We have received a tip regarding the next Star Trek game! According to our sources the next game will be called: Star Trek: Legacy Game Type: Not known at this time Developer: Mad Doc Software Platforms: PC & Xbox 360 We have found that the domain for the game has been registered by Paramount. Game Informer magazine is going to have an article about the game in their February issue. Homeworld: Catacylsm wasn't too bad, I liked the original and 2 better but it was still a unique entry in the Homeworld series, thats for sure. Sw33t. Empires at War, Star Trek Legacy, and Star Trek Online.. and somebody said Trek is dead? WE LIVE

well the screen that i had seen, didn't looked like a ingame shot at all. Sure the models could have been ingame, but there were no interfaces or mouse thingies... |

I thought the shot actually looked like in SFC 3 with a bit better graphics. But from what I've read about the game, it looks like it's going to be a cross between Dominion Wars and SFC. BC only had us controlling one ship really, I think it'll be more like Dominion Wars gameplay wise. |

been reading though it and it dont say if they might reasles it for ps3 or relolutiobs if the consols came out in time i wonder if its a posibilty |

not sure, they're saying PC and X-Box 360 though. Probably won't come out for Revolution...I doubt many cross-platform games will come out for Revolution because of the difference in controls, but that could work in their favor.

i hope they do coz i dont want to go out and have to buy a new console/pc upgrade to have it work i be pissed off if so And revolution looks ace so i dont care as long as they relesise ST game for it |
