Post subject:	Birth of the Federation online?
Hi there! I hope there isn't a topic with this question, yet. On Friday, I tried to play a game of BotF via Internet, but we both noticed that we do not have a clue how to play online. We tried the MSN Gaming Zone, but my state of information is, that the MSN Gaming Zone BotF section was taken down.... So could anyone of you be so kind and help me with my problem? I do not have big experience with Internet and Computer

the zone is still there, after you hit direct play you may need to hit refresh for the link to the direct play rooms to show up.

but its hard to find a game, unless you hang around for hours on end. best way is to organize a match a week or so ahead.

http://zone.msn.com/en/root/cdrom.htm I tried this page, but there is no "Birth of the Federation" Maybe I am looking at the wrong page. There has been a Gaming Zone in Germany, too, but it was closed down long ago...And in the English version there is no BotF... Could someone post me a link, please?

make sure you have complete access to the internet (forwarded ports) and have the right patches, or nothing will work.
