I am on the road in California right now so it will take me some time to respond fully. I will give you our scaling model when I can. It shows the relative size of ships and stations. Open it with your model. As MOE said you can scale your yard up or down so it fits up to the largest ship in a work bay.

It's ok I'm at the office anyway so I won't do anything until about 11pm tonight...if those new structures look ok then I will implement all three and begin work on the lower and upper half.

I am on the road and may not have the time and place to get that for you until next week. There is no rush as the scale can be set at any time.

I wanted the stations to be larger than shown in the original BOTF. If there is an issue in the combat engine with the BIG stations we can fix it when the time comes. Just avoid putting an image texture over the whole thing. Keep image textures to smaller parts.

Over large areas you can use normal maps, specular maps and the like to give texture to a surface. That and the 25,000 poly count will give detail. Otherwise the image is scaled up so far you see smear and pixels.

Soon the Star Empire will be able to build more ships than the puny Starfleet can deal with. Then the Galaxy shall be ours! :romulan:

...I mean...er...yeah, it's getting better all the time. :shifty:

Yes, you have a good eye for design. Starfleet needs you. We are lucky to have you.
