Rigel, yep, you can have school in the evening. And the morning. And both sometimes Depends on the school
Joining the geography theme, all I did last year was my country's geography. You could never imagine how detailed classes get when you have a whole year to analyize 55.000km2
How come; only Brazil?

Believe you me, theres many better ways to spend a summer than taking a 16 week French 2 class, that has been condensed to fit in the 12 week summer semester. 8O Not fun, espicaly when my prof is a complete moron.
Winterhawk, that seems pretty much like how it is around me, except for the fact that it pours like hell every afternoon. So we get the heat andthe humidity. What a combination!

Oh yeah, has it hit yet? 8O
We did about Brazil, coz my teachers were obsessed with the Amazon. We did do other things, but that was only because of our coursework.
I had to do about the Sand-dune eco-system of a place called Kenfig Burrows. ("Is there a correlation between the Vegetation and the distance from the shoreline at the Sand-dune eco-system of Kenfig Burrows?")
That was the longest title i've ever had for a coursework!
Mind you, it was a better coursework than the one I had to do the year
before that!
We had to sample the size and shape of the pebbles at four different places along a stream. Booooring!

Is that your ernest? The assigments for my "Abitur" (german version of the A-levels) were one and a half sheet of paper in mathematics and physics. (Due to the fact that the actual pupils gain permission to view their very same work just one year after the exams I'm actually unable to post the concrete text.)

Ftranschel, I did Geography for A-level. It was 38 pages long, and was a detailed account of what plant species can you find at the sand dunes? How tall was the vegetation? Was there much water? Was the soil sandy of mud? Was there evidence of animal disturbance? Etc. Etc. and henceforth whatever.
I LOVED Geography...I just hated the coursework.

Ah right, pretty much the same as me then.
I did Chemistry, Biology, and Geography for a Level, but I also did Physics at AS. I dropped out of Physics as soon as I could, because words simply can't describe how bad my teacher was at teaching Physics. (My group had a 4% pass rate!) 8O
Alright, i'll stop my moaning now, give you guys an actual chance to moan about school and uni as well.
