I skimmed through the site and the scripts somewhat. They look real good! Though I haven't read them completely yet.
I wonder what your ideas are with your work. It obviously is a lot of work! Is it just a hobby of yours or do you actualy aim to sell your stories and have them being produced as the new Star Trek series?

I wish...
Anyways, new ep up. Tough one to write a synopsis for without giving too much away...
118 - "The Jelran"
The good intentions of an Illustrious officer seemingly backfire as two different timelines converge.
Enjoy, and as always, feedback is welcome...

loved it, is it going to be explained later if there were more differences than mentioned, or are you going to use it in a later epi as a twist

that's a difficult question to answer colione.
the ep itself is pretty much a standalone. it was going to be a two parter to end the first season/start the second, but there really wasn't enough in the story to play it over two parts.
when i first started planning this whole series, i swore i wouldn't do a time travel ep. then i changed my mind to "i'll do just one" - but with no reset buttons (i hate reset buttons). just to see if i could do it.
so when i formulated the idea behind this story, it helped me set my three rules:
1. No reset buttons - there must be consequences.
2. No holodecks going haywire.
3. Technobabble is ok for building a story - not solving it.
There will be short term repercussions from this story, but on a much more personal level. There won't b any future dramatic plot twist about how a timeline changed something here or anything like that...

any of you young whipper snappers fancy having a crack at creating a patch for the Illustrious? actually it'd be for the deep space division rather than the ship itself.
something like:
I really need something good, pretty desperately, and my efforts have been quite lame.

muahahahahaha... i'm sooooooooooooooooo deliciously evil...
i've finished 201 - "Directives", and am now writing 202 - "Legacy". the plot is... heh... 'juicy' for the both of them.
due to popular demand, i've written a follow up to "The Jelran", which was originally going to be a one off story that ended the first season with a totally new direction and some big events starting almost afresh in the second.
Directives will be posted in about ten days, once I get the new website and "Legacy" finished.

ok, i'm going to be extra nice to those readers from this bbs, and post 201 - "Directives" early...
Just remember, it hasn't been proof read or spell checked, and as it ties in with future stories, and not due to be published for nearly a week, certain aspects might change (although that is very, very unlikely).
Feedback, as always, is welcome...

ok, i've just re-read it, and there will be one key change in the script as well as a lot of cleaning up/spell checking.
when nechayev talks to streeter - she should tell him she has two vital missions for him, not 'A' vital mission.
i've changed that back and forth about three times now...

If ever you want some proof readers, you should let us know. Obviously we like reading them, so it wouldn't be any bother.
I have spotted a few minor typo's here and there myself, although I can't remember any specifics at the mo. I'd have to reread them to remember what they were.
Anyway, like I said, let us know. Besides, they might be part of some elaborate plot that you are weaving into them that we don't know about yet....
