Hey there! Welcome to the site, if you also have any questions, there is bound to be someone who can answer them. And if not, we'll know who to refer you to.
Feel free to post on any forum, no matter how long it has been since the last post. New input can resurrect old ideas.
If you want to get up to speed on the game, I recommend reading the TWAAO thread (Thing We ALL Agree On) it's a bit out of date, but it's not as bad as it was. It'll give you the main ideas of the game. Oh, and it's released in 5/6 weeks... 
but only coz it is not going through Beta testing!
