Well, i saw several star trek actors and actresses in shows outside of star trek shows.
As of so far, this is what i have seen.
I saw the voyager dr on star gate SG-1,
Patric Stewert (capt picard) was the voice on a PBS Nova show recently,
Jonathan Frakes (Riker), stars on Truth or Fiction on Sci Fi,
Ethan Philips (Nelix from voyager), i saw on a CBS episode of Cold Case,
Wil wheaten (wesley crusher) on an old movie called toy solders.
Gates McFadden (Dr Crusher) on an old movie called "the hunt for red october".
Patric stewert on x-men and x-men 2.
Brent Spiner (data), on Independance Day.
Terry Ferrel (dax) i know i saw on a movie, but i dont recall wich one.
Anyone seen anyone else from star trek on shows or movies?
I know there is alot more, such as dr McCoy was in alot of old westerns.

This list could be really, really, really long. They've all been in a lot of things. Heck, just saw The Aviator a few weeks ago and Brent Spiner had a small role.
Rather than naming what everyone has been in, a better discussion might be which actor has had the best career post Star Trek. Patrick, Spiner, and Nimoy might lead the pack, especially considering what they've done on stage as well as on screen.

Recently I saw (well, heard might be more appropriate) Patrick Stewert, Jon Frakes, and Michael Dorn on one of the new episodes of the animated comedy Family Guy. They were making fun of their TNG roles. It was pretty funny.
Also on Family Guy's "sister show'", American Dad, Patrick Stweart plays the Director of the CIA, and main character Stan's boss. Seeing Stewart in these roles shows you that the actor has a pretty good sense of humor.

Heh...I saw several of the actors on a Trek blooper reel that I downloaded recently...does that count?
Patrick Stewart was on a comedy program with Ricky Gervais a few weeks ago, but i've forgotten the name of it.
Lets just say the words 'dirty old man' would fit the part he was playing very well... <Shudders>

This is slightly off topic - sorry. In TNG were the ficticious stories of Dixon Hill made up by Roddenberry and co or do they exist in comics or books?

They are real books. I believe they were published in the 1930's and 40's.
