winterhawk - nah, given that you're busy writing as well, it's best to have an independent editor. like i said, editing your own work is always fraught, as my poorly edited stories to date will testify.

on an unrelated front - finally got the server info and stuff all set up today, although there's been some probs with the mySQL setup. hopefully it's all fixed by tomorrow to give me some time to get the website up and running in time. i'm playing cricket all day saturday, so if it's not done tomorrow, i'll be posting the first story of the second season on the site as it is, which isn't exactly ideal...

I wanted to keep it a secret and surprise the guys with my advance knowledge...guess that's all over now...

I'll have to find some other secrets for my operatives to sink their teeth into...oh, and could you resend the stuff to me Scatter? I'm on MSN at the moment. Thanks.

I had to reset my computer to factory settings!

The computer had the final laugh though...it saved all of my stuff (And my sisters) in a separate file...then forbid me to access my own stuff!

Have to reinstall everything as my sister laughs at me...

The bad news is I'm still waiting on my new host to provide me with a password for the MySQL database. The good news is, that while I've been waiting, I've finished writing 203-Gambit (so another story for you to edit Matress).

So after cricket tomorrow, I'll put up a temporary page with the stories on it, at the new url, and as soon as I get the password, I'll have the time to get the site finished. \o/

Actually, I need to check something...are you UK/Europe or America...coz that'll change how I edit things...Namely coz i've just noticed a typo I missed in the first paragraph...

well i'm in oz, and prefer the queens english - none of that spelling realise with a z ffs. however, the script editor, and most of my readership, is american, so i generally just let the american bastardisation of the language go...
