Hey this is just a ? but will the borg be a radom or something you turn on or off, i would like it you can turn them on and off than radom because i dont really like radom events but i would like to play with the borg so can someone tell me this and if it is not like this how i could mod it to be like that?

It will be a random event and i think you will be able to turn the Borg on off. But unlike BOTF the borg will be stoppable - hopefully

The borg were too easy to beat in BOTF...

But there is a small confusion here,,, Gavin said in his interview that Borg will be like any other race with a base in the Delta quad... but then here on the boards the prevailing view is that the are randoms who appear and get a foothold in your quad.

the ferengi and borg are a major minor. this means they can expand, but slowly.
