1.Archer-Janeway- Very realistic kind of characters, spares everyone the speeches most of the time and gets the job done like a good commander.When they make mistakes, they will admit it. Flawed, which add to there charm and realism as Officers.

2.Sisko- Good tactician and administrator, a capable commander, most developed and interesting character of all of the series.

3.Picard- More the business manager than all of them.Great at long winded speeches. During the series his character was alright, great in the movies though.

4.Kirk- Well, Kirk is Kirk, loyalty to his people um did I say loyalty.

i found janeway the worst captain ever, but would be difficult for me to explain it in english

picard and sisko are the best, but i decided for sisko, he is shown as man of face and more personal to his job and his crew

If Voayger wasnt there, the Ocampa would have been overrun by the kazon. Its what would have naturally happened. By destroying the array Janeway violated the Prime Directive, even if it was morally right.

But to me, thats the point they were trying to make. In the "eyes" of Federation morallity, she did the "wrong" thing for the right reason.
