1.Archer-Janeway- Very realistic kind of characters, spares everyone the speeches most of the time and gets the job done like a good commander. When they make mistakes, they will admit it. Flawed, which add to there charm and realism as Officers.
2.Sisko- Good tactician and administrator, a capable commander, most developed and interesting character of all of the series.
3.Picard- More the business manager than all of them.Great at long winded speeches. During the series his character was alright, great in the movies though.
4.Kirk- Well, Kirk is Kirk, loyalty to his people um did I say loyalty.

i found janeway the worst captain ever, but would be difficult for me to explain it in english
picard and sisko are the best, but i decided for sisko, he is shown as man of face and more personal to his job and his crew

Any sign of cheating must be frowned upon by us Romulans. We are an honourable race, and would never do something so blatant.
We'd get others to change their minds and retract their votes!
Besides, I voted Janeway.

Year of hell. Species 8472. Unimatrix Zero.
Need I say anymore?
As far as I care, Voyager is the best, so I voted for Janeway.
Everyone is entitled to their own opinion...doesn't mean i have to lsiten though!

If Voayger wasnt there, the Ocampa would have been overrun by the kazon. Its what would have naturally happened. By destroying the array Janeway violated the Prime Directive, even if it was morally right.
But to me, thats the point they were trying to make. In the "eyes" of Federation morallity, she did the "wrong" thing for the right reason.

heh, funnily enough, i've just written about this...
JESSAN What? Since when did you develop a God Complex? ALEX Dammit Jessan, that's exactly what the Prime Directive is. A God Complex writ large. (slight pause) We fly around the Galaxy arbitrarily deciding who we can and can't help or get involved with based on one, and only one, criteria. (pause) If this hadn't happened, and we'd have arrived here to discover the Jelran weren't warp capable, but were suffering from a Genetic Disorder that would render them extinct within ten years, a Disorder that we could have easily cured, what would we have done then? JESSAN You know full well the answer to that. ALEX You're damn right I do. JESSAN That doesn't mean the Prime Directive is a God Complex. ALEX Really? Let's expand the hypothetical a fraction then. (pause) Same Disorder, same outcome inside ten years. Only this time, they are about eleven years short of breaking the Warp barrier. What then?
Jessan stares at Alex in stunned silence. ALEX Not much fun playing God, is it? Especially when the rules to the game are so ridiculous that they defy comprehension. (pause, heavy sarcasm) What's that? Your entire race is going to die next week? Sorry, can't help. Unless you have a Warp engine that is. What's that you say? You're two weeks away from your first warp flight? Gee, that's bad luck, we still can't help you until you actually make that Warp flight. I have to say, I'd really hate to be you right now.
I find it difficult to believe that ANY race claiming to be enlightened would hold as deeply flawed a principle as the prime directive so highly...
