For those of you that don't know what this is, it is a Finnish fan made Trek spoof. All i gotta say is that this is one of the funniest things I have ever seen in my life and is a must see for all trek/scifi fans alike. The CGI in this film is incredible!
Head over to their site and take a look.
http://www-us.starwreck.com/
*edit*
The film can be downloaded with English Subtitles
I really would like to know what other people thought of this little epic scifi film, so leave a review.
P.S. Sergey Fukov. You'll know what I mean when you've seen it

I'll just have to post again then!
I just watched Star wreck, and I have to say it is one of the biggest laughs i've seen in a long time!
It could quite easily make it as a Trek film to be honest, say as an alternate Universe film.
Seriously though, special effects-wise it is incredible, especially the fight scenes - in many ways the fight scenes are better than anything in Trek - if a little over the top. (Not that that is a bad thing! )
Oh, and I know what you mean by Fukov now, EnterpriseNX_01!

I found it even funnier because it was in Russian
And, yes, I did notice you nicked my avatar. But I am glad you did, at least it's Federation, not Romulan like half of the posters around here

it`s not russian but god it is funny. one gripe though, if anyone blew up a whitestar (as if) then a whole load of sharlin cruisers would kick their ass all over the galaxy and beyond the rim, should have had sharlins and shadows ans narn and centauri ships, now that would have been cool.

In one word.... AWESOME..
it was wel.. awesome... I liked it better then some of the startrek movie's... only the end was a bit... *weak*... I hoped a bit that there would be either a good and.. or a bad and as in a way of that they would loose and that earth would have been conquered

the fact that it is more like humanity will be, the fact that the humans are not the most technologicly advanced, the fact that humanity is in fact a small fish in a big pond. in trek humans are always portrayed as noble beings, well were not, humans are greedy and grasping, and ready to go to war with anyone who pisses us off.

actually i was refering to the fact that most wars are just robbery writ large. i support bush and the campaign to rid the world of all forms of terrorism. and i don`t give a damn what the facist liberal elite of the world say, bush is not a warmonger, he has a duty to protect the people who elected him.

i agree with jigaly, he does have duty, and he is doing it very very well, since there has been no major attacks on American soil since 9/11.
