The large, 'important' minor races will have their own unique models. (IF they can actually expand) Some of them of several models (Eg. the Vulcans) If they are expandable, but we know little about their designs/have never seen one, they will have a generic model, with possibly different textures. Except maybe the Pakleds, I hated the Pakleds. I'll definately play the Andorians, the Breen and the Kazon. And then there's the "What it the Vulcan's never joined the Federation" question. There is just too many good minor races to list. So many possibilties, so little time to play them all
