I actually just started playing Starcraft again after some time. Although I have never played against or with a human before and I am not that great as of right now, I would join in a game if you started one. Be prepared though, my game does need work, my strategy is usually build unstopable defense then wait until the enemy wastes all their resources trying to get through. This leads my downfall on several occasions, however I beat the computer enough times that it doesn't have bragging rights.

Reference to ST:TUC, where G. Chang claims that Shakespeare was Klingon... Sort of like the ol' Soviet Union used to claim that Russians invented the telephone, the lightbulb, the automobile, and the airplane...

oh i love the avp games! i had the first and played against friends, i always liked playing the alien and my fave tactic was find a small congested corridore n hang from the cieling waiting for people to walk below, it grew boring tho coz everybody played a predator. marines are ok as long as you find a dead end and sit there because you can only take about 2-3 hits before death, aliens are only good in close combat but suffer from the human lack of stayability especialy when everybody has guns that can track you at a distance and you are squishy against bullets, auto turrets are your bane, predators are the bees knees, you have the staying power of a tank, weapons that kick ass and close quarter attacks that can tear a head off. the spear gun head pin was a winner in my book!.

Two other games:

I recently got Warhammer 40k: Dawn of War which is a very addictive RTS. Vaguely reminiscent of Starcraft. Its my first intro to Warhammer, but it actually makes me want to read Warhammer stuff.

Also just picked up Black & White 2... We'll see how that one goes.
