Well it looks like some sort of Destroyer.

It certainly isn't a cruiser, because the Constitution is the Cruiser of those times.

It doesn't look like it has any torpedo launchers though, so it would have to rely on it's phasers...

Well, I dont think we have to worry about its weapons, seeing as its a repair ship. I dont think you'd want to send it anywhere unless it has an escort, ... or you're just feeling lucky.

A repair ship should have something that makes it look...'repairy' - you know, a repairing arm or something!

it does have some phasers!
as for repair, it's a repair beam (warning: production model may change lol)

We could just adopt Mr Green for the utter madness emoticon. No one else ever uses it.

Good work on the repair ship, you really can tell what era its from. When the 3d battle system is up and running all this work is going to be well worth it!
