Well the patch seems to have screwed things i can no longer lay my old Multiplayer games because it says my password is wrong which it is not lol.

Good beta testing there.

I don't remember which one it was... it might have been 2, i think i had the gold edition or something... an old civ game that i really enjoyed playing... that and Alfa Centauri which I have to say was way cool. Civ 4 just feels a bit empty... it has the best reviews ever but i have to say: I'm not addicted. I played it for 2 days and then went on to play anything else i could get my hands on. Come to think of it it was Path of Neo, and I usually prefer strategy...
No hard feelings for those of you that fell in love with civ 4 at first sight.. maybe a good solid mod is what that game needs... (as long as the cardassians don't look like Caesar and the kilingons like the Japanesse);

It probally was Civilization 2 Multiplayer Gold Edition.
I have a couple of people who I am getting together for a Civ2 simulataneous game - let me know if you want to join.

i had a similar problem with civ4. Its a good game, but civ2 is better.
