I once spent a month playing against myself over the LAN. Basically, one computer was the Klingons, the other the Romulans and I'd switch between computers. First I carved up the galaxy evenly between the two empires and then would set up mega battles between them over a little piece of space no one really cared about. They were at a constant state of war... But the acursed memory leak ended the game prematurely. I am so increadibly excited at not needing to worry about the leak anymore!! And that it'll run on all my computers: primary, secondary and tertiary! I can play Rom, Kling and Fed, battling it out over the months! No leak! Oh, thank you BotF2! 7MegaTurns would not be wasted year; or even 66 years! (I can easily take an average 5 minutes for a single turn! ... Um... That's how long the average turn would have to be for a 7MegaTurn game to last 66 years... Heh... Yes. I am a nerd.)
