Except the romulan BOP from TOS as its done, and i think jig has one or two done too.

if were going canon only then there wont be many romulan ships at all,,,,, not to mention that my dominion transport was made without any sort of guide. I think the more ships the better:)

Zahadoom is right - the game would end up unbalanced when it comes to the number of models for each of the races, unless those races with fewer ships simply have more upgrades, but that would be boring. (Unless the changing texture method was used, eg. Constitution gets upgraded to Constitution refit, use same models but apply the refit textures)
If you do decide cann ships only though, the models should be kept "in storage" for mods and things - if you don't mind that, Jig.

Cannon ships first, non-cannon after as we want all cannon in for sure and then add the others after the cannon slots are filled in.

Best thing is to learn to do it yourself really. Warbird aint hard its just green with a windows and a pattern for the top of it.
Pattern should be modeled in 3d max, colour it and apply shading effects and stuff render it in max use it as a texture for the normal warbird. Probably best thing to do.
