right now im hoping that Square Enix makes a good sequel to Chrono Trigger, cause Chrono Cross sucked. And of course, release it on 360.

Ooh, i've listened to some remixes of the music from that game on ocremix.com.

Some of them are quite good.



The remixes for the Zelda and Sonic games are the best though.

There are Tetris remixes on there as well...I have them all...

I know - you can get .Torrent files from the sites, but since i'm not exactly sure what a Torrent is, (I use Morpheus* and I used to use Kazaa* - before it died on me - so I don't use any programs that work with Torrent files) I can't say exactly what the files contain.

At least you can download the ones that you think will sound good though - otherwise you'd end up downloading something in the region of 2 or 3 Gig of music that you might not even like... 8O

*File-sharing, cracks, etc. is against the forum rules, which is why my post is small. I wouldn't want to advertise such "evil" programs to the masses...

I'm a die-hard Nintendo fan - always have been, always will be.

I've had a Gameboy, (The "Classic" one with the horrible green screen) a SNES, Gamecube, Gameboy advance (The non-folding one without a backlight ) and now a DS.

I even lent my friends N64 for two YEARS (Coz he's an idiot) and I loved the games on there. Completed all 20-odd of his games too...

So I guess you could say then that i'm the <teensiest bit> biased...

I have played a <few> games on a friends' Playstation, like Crash Bandicoot and Prince of Persia (Awesome graphics :mgreen:) but I've never even touched an Xbox. I have had a go on an Xbox 360 demo for all of five seconds though.

Nintendo are taking a massive risk with their new console, but I for one think they're gonna pull it off.

Every review that I have read so far has said the same thing:

"It looks wierd. It's a remote control. Rubbish."
<They then find out how to use it>
"Its incredible. The possibilities are endless. 11/10. :mregreen:"

Microsoft and Sony are instead going for more of the same. They are just milking their current fans for all oftheir money by giving them a new and improved version of what they already have.

Nintendo have had the foresight to focus on the gamers-to-be. They've designed a controller that is intuitive, (Who here can't say they haven't moved their controller in a vain attempt to get something to happen in a game?) expandable/adaptable, and isn't frightening to people who have never palyed a game in their life. And it will still be useable by hardcore gamers!

So Nintendo may not sell the most consoles. They may not sell the most games. But they are aiming for the future. They're trying to change how people see consoles, trying to get new people to play their games.

They may not have made the best decisions in the past, but I for one certainly think they are now.

Have you not played on the NES console as you list almost all other nintendo consoles except the one that started it all off. If not why, as it was awsome in its day, had zelda, mario bros "2d ones" (best), tetris. Just quality on it was cool and games were really fun.

i still have a working NES at home. I play it once in a while, the games are still fun:)

because anyway you see it, a console will only be as good as the game that comes with it !

It does not matter how powerfull a system is if you don't like the game that are available...
