As i don't like sports game and shooter, it already cut one out (guess wich one 8) )

It is a very good point you make there evil fluff. Except for the fact you left it impossible to guess which system is cut out for you, since every system has shooters and sports games.

Nope, I never had a NES! Never even touched one. :(

I had a SNES for my twelfth birthday, and that's when I first got into playing games. Before then, my parents preferred me to read books, do my homework and so on - which is pretty much all I did. They only got a SNES coz I bugged them so much about having just this one game called Zelda...

*Ahem*

I have:
Donkey Kong Country
Illusion of Time (Also known as Illusion of Gaia in Europe)
Starfox
Super Mario All Stars
Zelda: A Link to the Past

My SNES (And all the games) still work, although it takes a couple of attempts to actually get the games themselves to start, and the wires are staring to hang out of the controllers. :(

Then I bought a Gameboy with my own money, and over the years I bought:

Golf (Don't ask me why  )
Mario and Yoshi
Pokemon Blue
Pokemon Silver
Popeye 2
Splitz
Super Marioland
Super Marioland 2
Tetris
Warioland
Warioland 2
Waverace,
Waterworld
Zelda: Link's Awakening
Zelda: Oracle of Ages.

My Gameboy was the "Classic" version - it was the one with the green dot matrix screen and it needed FOUR batteries to run! It quite literally fell apart and is no longer with us. :(

Then I "borrowed" my friends' N64 for two years, and completed all of his games. I probably won't remember them all, but here goes:

Banjo Kazooie
Blast Corps
Diddy Kong Racing
Donkey Kong64
Extreme-G
Fighters Destiny
Goldeneye 007
Jet Force Gemini
Lylat Wars
Mario64
Mariokart64
Pokemon Stadium
Rayman64
Virtual Chess 64
Yoshi's Story
Zelda: Majora's Mask
Zelda: Ocarina of Time

My friend has taken his N64 back now and is having very little luck in beating my high scores, especially on Lylat Wars.

For my Gameboy Advance, i've only got a few games (In comparison):

Golden Sun
Golden Sun 2: The Lost Age
Pokemon Sapphire
Warioland 4
Zelda: The Minish Cap.

I have the original Gameboy Advance, the one that doesn't have a backlight so the games are hard to see. I also have a Gameboy player for my Gamecube, so I rarely play on my actual Gameboy Advance now. Since I also have a DS, there's even less reason to play on it now.

For my Gamecube, i've got:

007: Agent Under Fire
Enter the Matrix
Lost Kingdoms
Luigi's Mansion
Mariokart: Double Dash
Pokemon Colliseum
Puyo Pop Fever
Simpsons Hit and Run
Sonic Adventure: DX
Sonic Adventure 2: Battle
Sonic Heroes
Sonic Mega Collection
Soul Calibur 2
Starfox Adventures
Starfox Assault
Star Wars: Rebel Strike (Rogue Squadron 3)
Star Wars: The Clone Wars
Super Mario Sunshine
Super Smash Brothers Melee
Warioworld
Zelda: Four Swords Adventures
Zelda: The Windwaker (And the bonus disk with the remixed version of Ocarina of time - Zelda: Master Quest. THAT took me ages to complete)

And last but not least, for my DS, I <currently> have:

Spiderman
Star Wars Episode III: Revenge of the Sith

I like Nintendo, I do.

yeah, i love the snes

so i thougth about getting mine on ebay - it was terribly expensive though - so i instead got it at the Flea Market. Instead of spending $40 + shipping, i spent $12

that depends on what you need it for

I higly suggest RedHat for most anything - but SuSE and Mandrake work good too. Redhat is the most userfriendly (in my opinion). theres a couple others out there which are very user friendly too - i dont use them though.

Heh...I forgot to mention that I also borrowed Jet Force Gemini and Rayman for the N64 off my friend - I never completed either of these games though, because they were broken! 8O

It was impossible to beat the final boss on Jet Force Gemini because I didn't have enough ammo, and it was impossible to complete Rayman because an end-of-stage portal on one of the levels didn't open! 8O

I know the games were broke, coz I checked walk-through guides, looked at forums, and did all sorts. Both games were brokeded!

...

Sell my SNES?! As if! I still play on Zelda: A Link to the Past and Illusion of Time when i'm bored!

And the PS2 and PS3 will have shoddy software and hardware - i guarantee it.

you know, if i was a sony executive right now, i think i'd be calling a lawyer.

not only is that statement stupid and false, it's quite slanderous.

you can talk about the vagaries of each console without being a total fanboy you know...

sorry scatter - my bad

dont take it personally - you dont work for sony do you>?

most people I knew had problems with their PS2s! the lasers didnt work, the disks didnt spin, the video was distorted! So what im saying, is based on true experience. it doesnt apply to all systems, and I will change it in such a way. im very sorry.

sorry, i wont make stupid, false, and slanderous statments in the future.

slanderous? slanderous is:

Law. Oral communication of false statements injurious to a person's reputation.

i am not saying anything about anyone. The sony guys make good TVs and DVD players (actually have a couple, work fine, no problem)

and also: every gaming system that is EVER released will have some units that are shoddy. Xbox has some. PS2 has some. PS3 will have some. Revolution will have some. I was just saying it in a way that 'emphasized' that PS had them.

i was annoyed, and I was having a bad day. ill make sure to control it better next time.

dude, i don't work for sony, couldn't give a rats about em.

but to walk around saying that their components are basically **** and won't work...

not good. qualifies as slanderous.

I am the "friend" that Matress lent his games off - he sent me here coz i'm also a die-hard Nintendo fan.

I'm not a Star Trek fan, and i've never played BOTF, so i'm just here to say go Revolution!

Uh oh. Moes bringing in the recruits.

I'll just says this about nintendo. I'd like to have a gamecube, or Rev (whenever it coes out), but not as my only system. Many times (but not all) they just dont carry the caliber of games I want.

Zelda? Starfox? (Ok, not Starfox: Assault) Donkey Kong? (We want Rare back!)

Surely they're the kind of games that puts Nintendo at the forefront of gaming...

And don't worry, I only brought in one recruit so far - chances are he'll never post on here again...I overloaded him with Star Trek, you see...

He's also a die-hard Nintendo fan though - as if you didn't guess...

The real annoying thing about when my mother sold my snes is that one of the games was a all time fav of mine, startrek starfleet academy. It was just damn good. As i worked out all the passwords from looking at a few hehe i figured out all the levels at each difficulty. Plus game was mint. DAMN IT!!!

Ok i have the cinematic version on pc but cant play as joypad aint working for it, not compatible i think.
