Well having just played my first game I have to say it was very satisfying!

the interface took a little while to get used to and the movment of space ships was a bit tricky as the only way I figured out how to move lots of shps in the same place together was to constantly click from one space tile to the other till the movment dot turned purple for all ships! took me about 5 minutes at one point! megh!

But I do like the battle system (just wish MOOIII was similar! oh well)

Well in the end I got dominated by some small faction that only had two ships but I couldnt dsestroy them as they bombarded sol constantly stopping me from building anything! lol

haha oh well alls is fun!

5 minutes to move ships?? That sounds not at all right, unless you have realy massive fleets. You do know that it is possible to group your ships together in task forces of 9 ships max, do you? Select a ship and press the 'redeploy' button to that end. That way you can move your fleets as a whole instead of all ships seperately.
Just keep on trying. If you are familiair with MoO, then this shouldn't be hard to learn.

What do you think of MoO3, btw? I also played MoO2 quite and had the worst dissapointment in years when I tried MoO3. :(

ow, and welcome to the forums, btw! :)

When moving ships click on ur fleet/ship and click where u want to go instead of clicking next square to where u are, then u dont have to move it all the time as it goes to where u want in so many turns based on speed of ship
