Do you need anyone to make some structures (special structures etc...)? I have basic skills but I might be of use. I have attached a few pictures of some structures,

I like them. How good do they lok shrunken down to build icon size?

How large would build icon size be?

just send me the meshs of structures if they will be in game, i may as well use a mesh as a pic.

I'm not sure I understand, would it not be easier if I just rendered the structures at the size required? Just let me know what format/size you need them in. Also let me know if there are any other structures you need and I can have a go.

i have not begun on the build q stuff yet so send 2 one at 120x120 and another at 50x50

I can use solidwork 2005 efficiently (its 3D engineering tool). I could draw a few structures and screen shoot them and shrink them. You wont need to edit them will you? (if you do it might be hard, not sure how compatible solidworks is with all your 3d modelling software!).

Wait a minute...didn't people already make pictures for structures?

It was a very long time ago, but i'm sure they're still here somewhere...

*Edit - ok, i've looked through all the obvious places, (Obvious to me, anyway ) and there's no sign of them. I'm sure there was stuff like a Bajoran Temple though...

Won't we need a list of all the structures that are in need of a picture? It'll make everyones lives easier then.

Reuse botf 1 pics till we get our own ones done i think would be best. For the time being.

Well that's easy enough to do. I've still got all the special structures for the minor races hosted on my photobucket account if people are too lazy to raid their own files!

Won't using the files cause problems with copyright though?
