I want to gather some statistics regarding what video resolutions you guys are running. This information will be very useful when developing the graphical interface for ST:Supremacy/BOTF2.

If yours isn't listed, choose the closest match or specify below.

Thanks for participating.

1152 res is mine, 1024 is too low for desktop and anything higher is text too small for my poor eyes. Tho i do like ot use 1280x1024 in gaming tho.

I use 1280 x 1024. That's the max my screen resolution will go. I need it coz i've got so much junk on my desktop!

My monitor is a 17" Medion 30917PN.

i die on anything less than 1600x1200 at 75+ refresh rate.

anything with a lower refresh rate, and I can see the flickers, and if the resolution is lower, i cant fit all my data, and my eyes begin to hurt :(

Yeah, my MacBook Pro is a widescreen 1440x900. Considering I'm building the game on this machine, it will definitely look good at that resolution ;).

The game will run at your desktop settings, so it will run at whatever resolution and refresh rate you have set. If you're running 1600x1200@85Hz, then that's what the game will run at. When I run it on my desktop, it will run at 1920x1200, and when I run it on my laptop, it will run at 1440x900. I just want to know the most common resolutions people are running so that I can optimize the UI layouts to make the best use of the available space.

I got naff speakers too. I have rubbish speakers built into my monitor, but I don't use them. I use the monitors that came with my PC, although those are rubbish too. :(
