Well those hyp ships are interesting but I don't have the tehnology yet so will I be able to use them and would you construct 3 of them for me ? If yes I'll be constantly provide you with resources for them

starting in 10 hours yes i can, building a cargo ship at this time and they take 12 hours to produce each. hes the same person, i've been keeping a close eye on him :)

it says not enough raw materials for trade

at moment i need frurozin like mad to enable 2 planet production of medium ships

cause 2nd planet can only produce this which is a 198 att/ 90 def light fighter

terrba wont stop hes like a parasite he has ato suck blood from someone and you and me are his cheapest targets

Well pig and crystals I can provide faster but frurozin is not so easy to get an my mines are under 19

No orizin? My mistake well use it and maybe you can compansate with some resources let say for the last ship.

If we want to start recruiting, first we need our ranking system to be functional. I think that the specialty idea is a good one, and if one player starts to be farmed, it would be up to all other capable members to come to that player's aid. Also, people should be granted rights based on their specialty, for example, the "chief diplomat" would have access to the politics menu so that alliances and such can be made without having to go through a chain of command, unless that is what everyone else would like. We could also have "main" ranks, and then "sub" ranks so that anyone in a sub rank would have to check in with their supervisor, who may have another supervisor, etc... in the system of weekly or bi-weekly reports. As for my status, I'm using the resources I had just gotten to further my resource production, that way I might not need any more "donations". :D

How exactly am I supposed to do that, Perfecteagle? You can only access that if you have admin status - and as soon as you have that, you have access to everything else as well. You were the one that was worried about giving people too much access to stuff afterall...

It has been a while since I checked, but I believe that you can grant specific rights to specific groups...

How about this? I'll go off and form my own alliance and learn the system again, and then I'll come back. They may have updated it. My test alliance will be a wing of BOTF2 until I come back. Just promise to let me back in when I'm done, OK?

I have medium ships but not as powerfull as raiden

I'm still not too sure on the system, I unfortunately need members to be able to test the privileges. I believe WRITE allows that member to write to the alliance board, FLEET allows premium members to use the alliance fleet, I don't know about what I and C do, but you can always test them on someone, and admin is of course administration privileges. DELETE boots people from the alliance of course. I would recommend figuring out what I and C do so that you know all the privileges. Give them to someone one at a time whom you trust, and have that person report back what the new alliance privileges are.

Another option would be going back to what I had just said about forming an alliance wing. If I did this, I could tell you what they do, only problem is, someone else would need to come with me and tell me what happens via in-game messages. It would probably take less than half an hour of time, and then the other member and I would need re-admitted. Any volunteers?

Right, i've just checked the alliance administration screen, and I applied the different check boxes to my MOE account to test them.

As you said, Perfecteagle, I can't find what "l" does either. Obviously the FLEET button is useless since we don't have any premium members.

The third box - the one listed as "C" - DOES do something though. When I selected this, it allowed my MOE account to add pact/coallition and cancel bonds.

I will therefore give this option to any player who decides they will be diplomats for the Alliance. All admin automatically have ALL of the options selected, so don't need to worry about it.

Ritter, if you're reading this, PLEASE could you ask the people who run the game to speed up the translation/installation of the alliance help screens?

Currently, all they state is "MISSING: HELP_RIGHTS_BOARDWRITE/alliance", "MISSING: HELP_RIGHTS_MVIEW/alliance", "MISSING: HELP_RIGHTS_MINFO/alliance", "MISSING: HELP_RIGHTS_FLEET/alliance", "MISSING: HELP_RIGHTS_BND/alliance", "MISSING: HELP_RIGHTS_ADM/alliance", and "MISSING: HELP_DELETE/alliance"

New alliances (Such as ours) would be able to set up ranking systems more easily if they knew what these buttons did. :wink:

Quantum, I haven't got a clue if there is a limit, but I certainly hope not. I do know you can only build a maximum of 400 Laser batteries, (Combined, NOT individually :() and only 100 Antimatter Torpedoes per Planet.

PerfectEagle, since you have experience, could you tell me by any chance if the Plasma Battery weapon can be mounted on medium ship hulls?

Also, final warning. I'm making the rather gracious assumption that, now that everyone has been warned that using multiple accounts is against the rules, anyone who did so has stopped. If you prove this assumption wrong, ethically I have only one option.

transfer all ya resources over 2000 into a trade to me, i wont accept but it will keep ya resources safe and just cancel the trade after the attack, ya just lose 10% for trade charge

Ok, well, now that we know what the C button does, the ranking system can be set up.

Regarding the Plasma Battery question, I'm not sure about the weight and energy usage, but any part can be put on any ship so long as it fits in the requirements. I never bothered getting it. If I had to guess, I'd say only the Heavy ships can have it since it is the second to last available ship weapon in the game (last being the anti-matter missile).

As to building limits, they go up forever, if you have that much time on your hands, find out by upgrading one thing for a long time. It's all based on math, so as long as the formula stays the same, it can support any level of building.

Defenses are limited, you can only have so many planetary, orbital, and other defenses. They are sorted by category on the tech screen.

Back to ranks, the specialties should be decided by the current admin of our alliance based on in-game or forum strengths and weaknesses.

Oh yeah, since everyone keeps getting attacked, here are a few tips:
1. Use the bank until it is full, only Noberieners can hit those resources.
2. If you have a Trading Center, make a trade offer of all your resources for 1 gold to a 20 point inactive member near you. You will lose 10% of all resources stored this way, but that's better than being a constant farm. After the attack, recall the offer and go about your buisiness.
3. Pour resources into Light Laser Batteries (or other defense options) or ships and probes right before an attack, so that after the attack they will finish building and you may take out some of their ships when they next try.
4. To save a fleet, send it on a trip to someone local on a "trade" mission with 1 orizin. Send every available ship that you don't want destroyed.
A combination of these strategies will eventually annoy the farmer so much that they will most likely give up and go elsewhere. When a planet seems dry, farmers usually turn their attention to other people, giving you time to bolster your defenses and ships.

Hey raiden I think I will build the ships myself since I can't use the ships you are bulding becouse of the tech so I need those resources I'd sent yoy but you can keep 5000 crystals and 10000 orozin. I' have sent you 14000 pig 21000 crystals, 12000 frubin 4500 frurozin 25000 orizin.

I would appreciate if you or matress would ent some tacticals to 3x47x8 [DPI] Helge79. :)
