Install the Windows SDK for the .NET Framework 3.0. Go to your Start Menu -> Microsoft Windows SDK -> Windows SDK Documentation. Seek out the sections that deal specifically with the Windows Presentation Foundation.
You can also consult http://wpf.netfx3.com and http://www.learnwpf.com.

Az, that site is awesome. I've based my first OGL game on the tutorial with the grid. In the tutorial it was a picture puzzle and I made a full game of it.

I agree, it's an awesome OpenGL site for people who are looking to learn graphical programming. Once you get some basic C++ knowledge, you can pretty much jump right into the first tutorial. My class in college differed from the Nehe site, so I didn't get as much out of the site as I could have (and I've been very busy ever since). I might pick it up again when things slow down for me.
At this point though, I've been trying to spend what little freetime I have to explore the technology behind Supremacy. I'll check out those resources when I get a chance (and if there's others, feel free to post them). Thanks.
