new James Bond movie smashed box office records

THE new James Bond movie smashed box office records yesterday.
Casino Royale took a whopping £1.7million on its first night at UK cinemas. This figure easily beats the previous best for the opening of a Bond movie  the £1.1m raked in by Die Another Day in 2002. Two thirds of all tickets sold at cinemas yesterday were to see Daniel Craig in his first outing as 007. Many showings are booked out for days in advance. ..... i could never get into the bond movie....something about being a top secret spy agent and walking around boldy proclaiming "hi im james bond a top secret spy agent" just never sat well with me...absolutly no realism.

James Bond movies are cool because they are just that. James Bond. You have to throw all sense of realism out of the window and try not to get irritated with what remains. I still have to see Casino Royale, but I am already Sceptical about it. Bond needs to remain 'Bond'. In this movie, he isn't.

WHAT! Without Q, Gadgets and what ever else it isn't a true bond movie. Might still go and see it though. Anyone got any personal reviews?

I only enjoyed the sean connery and rodger moor bond films. Oh and erm one other bond i cant remember name of.
.... goes on google to find the bond i cant remember brb.... aha. Timothy Dalton is his name. So there u are. Them are the only true bond films i like. |

Big NO to brosnan. Hated all them films, as there nothing like the old james bond films. There just too modern. I like the old style bonds.

Where most of the tech seemed believeable, whereas now it's lost the whole spy touch. You're still going to see Casino Royale (incidentlly a non canon Bond film from 1964(?))?

I have seen casino royal (1st ever bond film) tho its very different to normal bond films. I cant remember if i liked it or not.
