I think that would belong in Mod territory. I can think of multiple post-release mod projects springing up from Supremacy, of which I have plenty of ideas, one which would be future tech, 25th century and beyond. Regarding Uber ships I quite fancied my own spec design as a Sovereign Successor. I even considered it for Ultimate Mod 3. But in all honesty modding of any kind is not worth even thinking about yet.

It actually helps me out a bit to hear peoples' ideas about modding. If I know what kind of stuff people will want to do with the game, I can make sure that the relevant parts of it are moddable.
I don't doubt there will be many different mods. I myself plan to create a Stargate total conversion .

I would want to mod ships easily and effects thats all i wana do and then have good battles.
Dafedz - nice model, kinda akira slash sov. Tho in all honesty i think 1 nect cord instead of the 2 like on akira ships and a bit shorter perhaps. Then it will look more unique and cooler in my opinion. Still very nice model tho.

Well as soon as I figure out how to build a ship(s) by using a modleing program, I'm going to build what I imagine some of the other races ships would be. Everyone seems to be only interested in Fed ship designs for future mods (following the disscussion thus far) BUT since I am no modeler, it will be a few years before I will be able to do anything of that nature.
Also since you all seem to be so stuck on canon, I saw something today I had not noticed before. In Ep. 2 Farpoint station, just as the ship went into seperation... on the left (above) of the battle bridge neck, on the saucer section was an emblem!!! very feint. but by the look I would say it was very similar to a German families crest, just designed to fit a circular pattern. {Almost like the curtain that was behind Picard during his "trial" by Q...} yet this emblem is not on any of the canon ships?
Is this an oversight???
just couriuos...

I would also like to point out that Legacy has given us a slew of possible ships to work with in terms of design and such. A lot of them look good, some... not so much. But it could serve as a basis of what some ships could look like.
