Need Help to Make a Forum Template

Hello,
I am trying to figure out how to make a template for the Hailing Frequency Forums - Kinneas (Our Artist) has made the design and graphics in photoshop, and all of the graphics are cut up, however i have no idea how to code everything so that the forum will use the template. If anyone has any experience making forum templates, from scratch, and would be willing to help me out - please post here, or contact me at zach@hailingfrequency.co.uk - i would be deeply grateful. The Hailing Frequency Boards are SMF (Simple Machine Forums), running the latest version. i know how to make one, barely. By barely, I mean that I fooled with it when I was interested in upgrading these forums. If you want, I can look over it on my trip, but no guarantees.
