For Federation at least, the special tech research isn't always selectable even though the choices are shown.

Another minor issue is that when on the system management screen and the turn is ended, scroll bars appear around the main screen and cause it to resize for a brief moment.

can you make a screenie of that special tech thing including a savegame if possible?

the other issue is known, it's a random behaviour of the program which kinda objects any reasonable attempt to eliminate it.

It won't let me post because I'm not registered. Is there an e-mail address that I could send it to?

okay, should have said that before, one needs to register there.

well there's a problem here. I don't use my email publicly. I'll ask sir p. about a way to upload bug saves here. maybe we solve it with the "add a download" feature of the Downloads section here on the site (I don't know if you already noticed it). We'll open up a bug section there so people can post their savegames!

Sounds like a good plan.

Would it work if you sent me your e-mail in a PM?

Hey guys, i've made a new "Bugged Game Saves" section under the BotE downloads. I've put in a warning to make sure noobs don't download the files. :P

You might want to start using it quickly as there is a strong possibility that we won't have a downloads section on the site after the forums are upgraded. :(

If that happens, we'll just have to start using our sharepoint site to host the files.

O.o: don't believe mike wants to hear that ;) (didn't he say no release serving on sharepoint due to traffic cost issues? ;))
