Err what do you mean by severe graphical glitches?
The Bok'Nor transport i sent looks fine on my comp?
I know some of the ships have a 'crumply' black border but this generally is unnoticeable ingame.

Oh yes bug with previous editor that caused raw materials to double each time you loaded the editor up.
One second i'll download the new editor and fix the error if i can.

Matress, don't edit my downloads page. The link you posted is beta, and that product is out of beta. I've posted a correct link.

Matress, try deleting the System.Data.SqlServerCe.dll file in the game directory.

That didn't make it worse, that's the same error. I think Microsoft screwed up the filenames in the SQL CE runtime vs the SDK. Try putting in the game directory.

Well thats very odd, the file seems fine on my end, is this only happening ingame?, or does it also apply to the techobjects folder or where ever ship images are held?
Anyone else see similar glitches? MStrobel?

What about some rules on ships positions?? This is horrible! Look how Mike did it and it' s nice: All our models on sharepoint will be rendered in max at the and and fully png transparent ( without any help of magic wand and such tools ) so please be pantient guys

lol, time was an issue i'am afraid, so i didn't have time to translate or position each image to a correct angle, though to be honest as they were just picture and nt the models themselves i couldn't physically rotate them As for the 'Magic Tool' well it was image specific, some files like the first two i could easily remove the background, while with the Romulan one it came out as it did sadly. Ingame, and i've checked all images, they look fine and the black part is only noticable when in the galactic screen. sure they could do with an eraser clean up but that will have to wait. Also sadly we didn't have many models on sharepoint which i could use so i had to scrounge, still i'm pleased with the result i tried my best to make it look like there was some continuity within each race and ship type. That fixed it, Mike! ... The image problem is probably on my end because I resized all the images and applied new transparencies. Still, I don't understand how Irfanview could cause a problem like with the Dreadnought.

btw, I find that Photoshop's Background Eraser tool in Find Edges mode does a pretty good job of removing the black matte background.

MStrobel, have you ever found installing .NET ie 3.5 to effect any of your current projects?
i.e you had to re reference anything in a project?
for some reason it seems to have killed my events reciever, hmmph.

.NET 3.5 should have no effect on projects compiled against .NET 2.0 or .NET 3.0, other than some bugfixes. However, .NET 3.5 includes a new service pack for .NET 2.0, which might have more of an effect. I've never run into problems, though.

For some inexplicable reason i seem to have lost correct input for the NumPad, which is now being over ridden by the smaller UP,DWN, LFT, RHT keys, Ack after just fixing one bug another crops up on reset lol.

Wow. I noticed that the buttons don't blink anymore. At least it is not so confusing to me now about whether to click or not. Thanks! LOL. It takes up a whole ton of raw materials to build a colony ship! LOL. I'll wait till the updates are done. I'm waiting on you now, Matress!
