Looking forward to that base. It is hot. I am working on some colonyships and transports between failing hard drives and work. The time you were gone depends on how close to light speed you were moving.

Lightspeed's got nothing on me! I managed to salvage one texture for the romulan starbase, the other one is gone..No matter, will have to make a new one for the curved bird-head like protrusions anyway. I'm also working on the Sabre texture. Speaking of which, I can't recall if I uploaded the latest versions of the fleetyards for the races... EDIT: Half the images on the first page are completely wrong...

I haven't got a clue what image goes with what ship anymore, or even where those images are being stored. With any luck though, Supremacy will be getting 3D ships instead of static images in the database before long, so I can make screenies from that.

Duly noted.. B.t.w. guy, I'll post updates when I make them. I've got no fixed schedule, partially because of this (my to-do list): http://www.kerberos-productions.com/for ... php?t=7947

I use the forum shiplist only for the name and type of ship or station on the list. Us SharePoint 3D Models to see what models we have. Empty subfolders, hopefully all marked empty, means we need that model. Use Sharepoint Image Library to see what the model looks like. The .png images in the Library will be used in Supremacy for menus / selection buttons.

Oh I'd forgotten that the images were on sharepoint. I've updated the Borg and Cardassians with the sharepoint images. Unfortunately this means that where the images are newer than my list, I do not know who made the model so am unable to give the credit. I'm feeling lazy so i'll leave updating the rest of the shiplist til later. I did notice that a lot of the Dominion Models are obviously recycled Federation ships. Perhaps that needs to be addressed, even if the existing models are simply retextured? Some of the models are fantastic though. I especially like the shipyards and the succession of the Attack Ship models, with steadily greater detail in each upgrade. The Attack Ship III is especially pretty.

Here is a refresher on the uploading to SharePoint Trashman. viewtopic.php?f=11&t=1760There is an empty folder for the Romulan Starbase II. The Saber on SharePoint was a download from Battle Clinic so replace it with your original work when it is ready. That is best. For now I am working on ships we do not already have. We will replace the less than best Dominion ships also as time permits. Klingon, Romulan and Federation Fleet Yards need skins.

I think I did some mesh improvements on some of the fleetyards...cardassian and romulan..maybe even klingons..have to check. don't worry, it will get done. But most of the next week is reserved for finishing that damn paper.

Ahh...The romulan starbase is coming together nicely..will be finished soon. not 100% satisfied with the textures I whipped up, but they can always be improved later.

Yes. We still have some holes in the list and ship in worse shape. It will be fine for now. Remember to make the .png images.

The texture may need a bit more work, but it's good to go for now, so I uploaded it.

Great work. BTW, Mike asked that we put the mesh and textures in one rar file to keep the size down on SharePoint Also do not forget the .png image that goes into the image library. Thanks boss

I did not want work to slow down too much so I used my backup system to upload the png image and rar file for the Cardassian Fleetyard. If you can do better please do, or fix up this one. Cardassian Transport III, same deal

Wow! Very Cardassian, very Shipyard-y. Matress likes.

Cardassian Transport II. If can make a better one please do. When all the slots are filled we can go back to improve or replace as time permits. I created the .png image for Trashman's Romulan Starbase and put the mesh and textures into .rar to save space.

Base? Isn't that the Cardassian Fleetyard? It's made of all the different Cardassian shipyard models afterall...

That looks good. Take a look at the list and images of bases we have. Decide where it should go and put it in. We do have more than one version of some ships and stations but just dumping something inferior is no problem for me. Make it so number one.
The Rumulan shipyard I has no texture because Sharepoint did not have that file.

My mistake..I meant fleetyard Alright then..I'll finish this one too...It's rather simple, I just need to decide what to do with the two huge untextured pylons at the end..I'm not satisfied with them. EDIT - replaced the Vor'Cha V2 (????) Image with a new one...anyone notice we have 3 Vor'Chas?

Perhaps you could create some kind of command station or something on one end, although it technically already has a (Small) one in the middle. Alternatively you could make them into some kind of docking port - a bit like the pylons that DS9 has - or a resource depot of some kind. There's plenty of things that you could do to them whilst still being 'realistic'.
