Listen I saved supremacy to my computer. I extracted the files. I tried to open SupremacyClient.exe. It said windows didnt recognize the file type. HELP ME !!!

Have you installed .Net 3.5 aswell? Please note that there is a file called "SupremacyClient.exe.config" in addition to "SupremacyClient.exe". It's probable that you are trying to open this file instead. "SupremacyClient.exe" is the file you want to run; it has a blue "United Federation of Planets" emblem as an icon.
