Found the easiest gif transparency tool which is a on-line tool (no downloads ) http://www.gifworks.com/cgi-bin/gifwork ... nsfer_open just open ur gif from hdd then click edit then transparency then click on the colour u want to be transparent and its done then save, it has other options too (no blur tho ) but great for doing quick transparency fixes.

Thanks for that Skeet. I can still use Irfanview to blur images so thats not a problem. Fingers crossed this works better than my current editor. The new version of your avatar was certainly interesting.
