Which game are you referring to? There's a couple of them.

philly is talking about Supremacy, Mike. The power plant and construction facilities are one of the updates I told you were coming. They aren't upgrading correctly at the moment because I accidentally set them to upgrade to lower levels. I've fixed them now though. I've got a few new images as well thanks to Dafedz.
