It looks like Paramount is running a promotion for the new film that may end with Romulan time travelers showing up in EU, (UK, Germany, Spain...) and US, (LA at least...) locations. Check it out here and look for Romulans near you.

Over the weekend there has been a lot of activity with the Star Trek ARG. There are Romulans popping up all around the world and new clues coming every day now.
