I havn't seen much info on the Diplomacy aspect of the game. I'm assuming there Supremacy will have all the same abilities as BotF.
What are the chances of seeing a tech tree on the diplomacy screen? Meaning can you make a treaty between races to exclude one race from using a specific technology. For example, you could have the Federation agree to not develop cloaking technology (with the Romulans) in exchange for the neutral zone and peace. More to the point, if the Federation and and Romulans are at war ... the Federation CAN develop cloaking technology.

The game just keeps looking better and better ... well done Mike et al. What are the odds of seeing an "All" option for the minor races?

Diplomacy is a work in progress and those are some good suggestions.
