As a work of art I would say the top one but for our needs the bottom one is easier to understand in the first 0.3425 seconds you are looking at it. They will not take up much room on the UI so I would say keep it simple to make it work.

I think it would be better if you change human hand to another color (green, brown,etc), blue one is excellent it looks like is andorian.

Well I used this color of the hand because most of the species have this color of the skin, but I could give it a greenish color like the Vulcans.

Also I've made this one with the cargo bay and the replicator but without the planets, but as you said keep it simple and I agree that the one with only the replicator added is the best one.

Don't forget you can't use photos or movie and shows cuts, i liked it more with planets, otherwise nice just change the color of the hand

Now with slight greenish hand, subtle but noticable.

You now have the job of selecting the best version of the picture, just notify me which one you choose.

What about this as a alternate to the religious holiday?

At the center of the planet, I would see a person or a priest praying but it should not forget the emblems of other empires.

This are various religius emblems and no one could know that they are all from earth, unless they check it, and I doubt that anyone will do that.

I really like concept of image. What I don't like is Holy Cross, David's star and other easily reconisable earth religious symbols (marked rose).Throw them away and keep the rest.
Though you could use some better planet images this one is pretty blurry. I have nice one which could be used.

Wow, brilliant idea for a concept image. I agree that we need to replace Mike's one to maintain the size conventions. I've already cropped down his one to the standard, but its brutalised the image. A fresh new one is exactly what the doctor ordered.

I personally prefer the image without the temple on it. I think it's better to keep it simple and the temple just makes it look too busy. I would also question the top-left (Hindi) icon and the top-right (Japanese pagoda thing) icon as being too recognisable as well. You could either simply remove those images and increase the space between the remaining images, or replace them with some new "alien" religion images.

I did weapon misfire like the lab is in the desert (logical if you think about it), so don't ask me why there is no other buildings, I've also put it in a crater like the explosion ceated a crater (also logical if you think about it)

Looks good. I guess all you need are a few bodies getting thrown into the air. Just kidding, it is very nice.

In the random events I didn't see a event like The Doomsday Machine (Planet Killer) or the Encounter with the "First Federation" (The Corbomite Maneuver) and things like that, I really wanted to do pics for them.

Low quality? In what way? I think they're fantastic quality. What about them don't you like?
