I'll have some problems with the BUILD LIST and the SHIBUILDING names.
Their translates are the following:
BUILD LIST---> LISTE DE CONSTRUCTION
SHIPBUILDING---> CONSTRUCTION NAVALE
and I am afraid that the french sentences goes out of the frame regarding their length.

The line is not translate for now because Mike didn't included the words to translate in the en.txt file

Mike knows of the translation issue Starfleet, and will add the missing words as part of the next update. But he's also told me the next update is a long way off, so i'm afraid you won't be able to do anything about if for the time being. You and the French translation is simply going to have to wait for the time being.

The tabs will grow or shrink based on the size of the text within, so space shouldn't be a problem unless the combined lengths are wider than the total space available at the player's screen resolution.
