I observed a small defect in this picture. If this structure has this option 40% Ground Defence, why did you put the image of a Starbase?

I consider that if the Andorians have % Ground Defence, they need a structure directly on the planet, not in space.

Some pics I created using screenshots in EF2 I took to replace BOTF ones, I know that we want to avoid it but I've seen some other pictures that were created with EF1 screenshots, and there would fit in nicely with the other pics.
