T3 buildings, but upgrades up to T9 available?

Scrapp all, the highest tech will default to next available. useful for when just the one autofarm is needed at that tech level, but you have ten t1's taking up all that possible industry production.

Nice find . I've fixed this for the next update. If you scrap all of your production facilities, you will only be able to build the facilities of the last type you had (the one which shows up under the "Production" tab). You won't be able to upgrade until you build at least one facility.
