Actually skeet I did already look at it. I tried optimising it, but that barely saved anything because it already is optimised. Cropping the image makes Picard look restricted. And besides, I don't think it's that bad; you're the only person I know of that has actually complained.  This is the "legal" alternative anyways:

I'm sorry for not being aware of the rules  I have also been talking to skeeter and he also explained the problem. To do my part in helping streamline the forum, I have further reduced the size of my signature image to 106x123px and a size of 99kB (just below the 100kB threshold).

Thank you for understanding Picard. And that has helped loads, but just for you, if you want the slightly larger size back you can use it but not the 200k size one.
