I meant a tactical world map screen (maybe linked to the intel screen)

for example

a large map that shows where you did the intel damage; where the enemy fleet might be; info on minor races; etc. etc.

almost a planning map with the info you have avaiable; just something you can click on and study and decide your plan of action so to speak
