I hope for a re-write of the dominion one as imo it could be alot better. Sry. :(

Tbh im wondering should vorta be considered in the dominon at its foundation? I mean is vorta intergrated from turn 1 or do they search for a system where the vorta are at?

We removed them from being a minor race. They are now in the Dominion from the start.

Yes, the Vorta are part of the Dominion from turn 1.
Skeeter, how would you have a Vorta talk to you, a Founder, when you have just chosen to play the game as the Dominion? I had a special request to include this ship in the introduction video. Work is underway to bring her up to speed. Attachments:

TA DAH!!! the final audio for the Klingon intro...
cutt out all the extra lines, so it's just the 4 that Kenneth and skeeter picked  and I edited line two to include "we raise our banner" inplace of "raise our flag" was easy to cutt out and my voice seems to have hit spot on with how I did it. so it transitions nicely.ok will start work on the federation intro now  i'll give options again, all in one voice then I'll try variations.Klingon intro FINAL.http://www.mediafire.com/?egrf4i2sd5bb5tg _________________ BlazeLeeDragon VO Artist "The One Man Cast" http://www.voices.com/people/BlazeLeeDragon |

Nice job on the Federation set 2, BlazeLeeDragon!
This opens possibilities TMO. I believe all the different voices could be used depending on the situation. Calm or stressed. Also, on the Federation Intro, we could mix some deeper and normal voices to form a perfect phrase. The Klingons sound realistic enough to me! Nice work! I like the Federation recordings. One thing it made me think of was the way Captain Picard delivered the boldly go line. We must ask for music from Happytrek that goes along. (TNG opening on YouTube)

(attached below just over the image) Would this be acceptable to you as the voice artist? The combat clips have been uploaded. Thanks again ---  Here is a WIP on the shields and beam weapons. The disruptor looks excellent, the shield, not so much, try toning down the highlights and making it a semi-sphere encompassing only a part of the ship and not the whole thing.
Blaze, I love both calm and emotional recordings. We should combine the two having calm for engage, disengage, patrol... a more emotional for shields down, hull damaged,.... As for the Federation intro, I like everything in deeper tone. Overall fantastic job. Also. I believe that this short composition by Happytrek is perfect for the intro: Fed intro music + voice This is just a test too see what modifications were needed for the voice to be heard. I see that and I am still working on the Klingon shield part. A lot of factors interact on many levels.
That does sound like the right Federation music Vjeko. I wonder if Happytrek, Gino, could find a way to have his music reach its climatic end on that time scale. For the Klingons we will be timing music and audio to fit the video I have already mocked out. With the Federation we can do it in reverse. I can time the video around the audio. If you want to Gino please listen to my Blaze remix, the original files from Blaze, talk to Blaze for any redoes and mix the final soundtrack for the Federation. I can then time my video around your audio. _________________ |

As you know Phil that is how it is done for a motion picture. For these short clips and given the media I think this will work. I will compose animation to the audio track. If not we still have the raw vocal and music tracks that can be adapted as need be.

most often, the music is done for the video, even in very short movies.....
however, you are the one who will be doing the work, so do it how ever you want just wanted to make a friendly suggestion i'm sure you will do it great |

About the end of the Federation video, I had in mind something like the end of this video:
