I've got two more pics now. Would have had more, but a TV repair man's been.
The Eximius Class - Meant to be one of the largest ships ever produced by Starfleet - strange how it is about the size of a Nova class ship...
The Furious Class (A post-Nemesis one) There's a hole in my starship, dear liza, dear liza...
Got more ships to do - many of them for SFC3, so I don't know how many of them will work

An unregistered Ultimate Unwrap3D with proper plug-in will let you open (but not save a conversion of) SFC1/2/3 ship files... As well as many, many other formats. Of course, there'd be no cool back-ground or phaser blasts, but it will show the shape and texture of the ship... I mean, you're doing screen shots anyway, right? Alt+PrintScrn then paste into MSPaint, or some such, right?
Just a suggestion.

Yep, I use printscreen button, then paste it into a program called irfanview (Thank you yet again MajorDiarr, I love this program)
Just go on this web addy if anyone wants to try it out: -
http://www.irfanview.com/
Just click on the downloads button, and choose the version you want. (It is free)
ZDarby, if I use the program that you have mentioned, then couldn't I just copy the converted files into the irfanview program, and save them that way?
I have managed to get some of the files to work without making any changes to them at all (But I don't know how) 8O
Anyway, here are some more: -
The Pioneer Class - Sort of a Sovereign, but shrunk down and strengthened
The Pulsar Class - It's heart shaped!
The Relevant Class - A stretched and warped Defiant
The Remora Class - Single Nacelled, and comes with flaps as standard!
Err...The Repair Ship - It's nameless!
Oh...wait a minute, i've got two Repair ships...
I'll have to redo the Ronin Class.

Matress: Yes. You would be doing the exact same procedure to capture and save images. The only difference is you'd be using a different program to view the model in 3D.... Of course, again, there wouldn't be any of the cool FX we see in your previous images. But you could see more types of files.
At the moment, I use registered versions of Ultimate Unwrap & MilkShape and an unregistered Explore3D (the old Russian version before it got bought out) to view and translate models into my favorite modeling program, Wings3D. (I've discussed this before elsewhere so I'll keep my clap-trap shut here.) The unregistered version of UUwrap will let you look at but not save any file format it or its plug-ins support. An unregistered Milkshape, unfortunately, will not. (I need Milkshape for BridgeCommander and Homeworld files.)
I've yet to try irfanview. It looks interesting. I will, at some point, thank you.

ZDarby, irfanview is basically a file converter. I've been using it because the image tags don't accept the .bmp filetype on this website.
Irfanview is just letting me convert the files into the .jpg format, which the image tags accept. I've found it very easy to use, so that's why I haven't tried using other programs.
Anyway, here's some more ships...oh, i've got one just for you as well iwulff!
The Ronin Class - Intrepid saucer, but with a pod and new nacelles
The Scorpion Class - Looks nice...and nasty!
The Seneca Class - Sort of a Sabre variant, but Quad-Nacelled and it has a pod
The Solarion Class - A Sovereign with too much armour - and blue windows!
The SoulWolf Class - A certain someone wanted this ship...Oh and I like it as well
The Star Slayer Class - A quad-nacelled...something or other
The Stormbringer Class - A mutilated armoured Defiant
The Swift Class - Similar to the Remora Class
The Taldren's Wrath Class - <Shivers of pleasure> Pure Power has a new name...
I've got a few more to do, but i'm gonna hunt for some food now.

Here's a few odd starships from the SFC 1 TNG Mod. I don't know any names of them.
This one's just kind of...ya
This next one is kind of a prometheus/intrepid hybrid
Looks like an evil kind of galaxy class, all dark and foreboding
Excelsior/Galaxy with 3 nacelles
"And this is what your intrepid looks like on drugs"
Some kind of romulan thing
Ever wonder what would happen if a klingon ship and a ferengi maradeur mated?

CVN-65, it might be temporary, but the links for the Prometheus and land-2 aren't working.
I really like the Diligent Class, and the Excalibur Class is cool, but would the transwarp drive really give it green Nacelles?
The Delphin Class is definitely different, and it's cool that the Oberth Class got a refit to the Tzinski Class.
I haven't thought about doing stations yet. DS12 is great - i'll see if I can get DS9 working.
I've also noticed that my picture of the Pioneer Class is wrong - it is the same ship as your Insignia Class. I've checked it out, and it is I whom is wrong. The Class is the Insignia Class, and my ship is the USS Pioneer of the Insignia Class.
OmniQ, your evil Galaxy looks great with the ESG around it as well.
I'll have a look for the Class name of your first pic - i've seen that somewhere before.
The Intrepid/Prometheus (Intretheus/Promepid?) Class ship looks like it would make it as a canon ship!
The Tri-nacelled Galaxy has already been done as the Galaxy-X - although it's nice that the person that made it actually bothered with upgrading the Nacelles! (Unlike the freak that decided the Galaxy-X would be upgraded with old technology!)
The Drugged-up Intrepid looks like it could be a sister of the freaky spiky pirate Sovereign on the first page - give it some spikes and you have the makings of a new freak race!
The Romulan thing looks kinda like the Romulan Omega Capture Ship in Armada 1 - but different.
And the Klingon Marauder - err...don't let SonOfMogh see it! He likes his Klingons, that one, and wouldn't like the suggestion of an alliance with the Ferengi!

Got a few more of them,
About the Excalibur - I know the green is out of element, but she still looks cool, doesn't she...

http://wittswallpapers.com/StarTrek/tng131.jpg I like this one, but I think I already saw it somewhere. They call it "Pioneer"

YOU WILL RECEIVE A "The page cannot be displayed". JUST CLICK IN THE ADRESS BAR AND PRESS ENTER (as if you had just typed it in yourself). The pitcure should appear. The same goes for the Prometheus concept in my previous post.

I almost made a post saying that none of your links work, CVN-65. Lucky that I can actually read (When I look)
I thought the first pic was the Delta Flyer! it took a while for me to realise what I was looking at!
The second one has some imagination - and i bet it's armed with plasma!
I love the Nacelles of the third one - they go really well with the lines and curves of the ship.
I prefer the Nacelles of the third pic, to the ones in the fourth pic. It's nice to be able to see some perspective though.
The Pioneer Class isn't a Class, as I explained in the last post - it is just a ship of the Insignia Class. Your pic is different though, so this one must be the Pioneer Class (If you get what I mean?)
Ooh, I like the fith ship, it looks like a new Akira variant. (I love the Akira) Now why isn't there a love emoticon?
I tried your method on the two 'broken' links in your other post. The Prometheus is in all her glory - in concept.
And the Tri-Nacelled Shuttlepod? That's a new idea.

I know what you mean. Pre-Prometheus, it was all curvy bit, flat bit, Nacelle. Now it's pointy bit there, now for a curvy bit there, ohh, add a new Nacelle, strech that out a bit...people just seem to be really experimenting with new designs - and it is definitely worth it
I've managed to get some of my 'broken' ships working - it helps to actually read what you type in the ship list!
The Goliath Class - err...a terrible prototype of the Prometheus perhaps?
The Hawk Class - I think I made it too powerful...my phasers went straight through that Klingon Cruiser!
The O'Connell Class - yet another Akira variant, with four Nacelles and a brown pod.
The Shield Class - A warped Miranda perhaps?
The Trin Class - The result of a future Federation/Romulan alliance, the Trin Class RX-01
The Wanderer Class - I'm thinking Star Wars or Battlestar Galactica here...
I've got one Class of ship left, and then i'll have a proper go at getting DS9 to work.

The 'Andor-class' from page 2 looks like the Aegian-class frigate from Armada II. The repair ship on page 3 looks like the Armada II repair ship, as well.

My downloaded ships are likely to be conversions of ships from other games, since I imagine that it is harder to make a ship from scratch. Still, people have obviously managed to do it, from some of the ships that I have posted.
So come one then, do you have any odd ships? They can be from anything along the lines of trek (Well preferably trek, although you can show stuff from B5, Battlestar Galactica, Star Wars etc. if you think it is strange enough)
The way that i get the pics from Starfleet Command 2 is thus: -
Once the files are saved to the correct files, I play the game, set the ship and camera angle to a nice view, then commence a battle. As soon as my ship is ready to fire, I slow down the speed, so that even phaser beams move slowly, and then I capture the battle in all it's glory by pressing print screen.
I then paste it into a program called irfanview (Check previous posts for info) and use it to convert the pic from a .bmp, to a .jpg. I then load it into my photobucket account, and post up the image tags in my posts. East enough to do.
I've tried to get the final ship to work, but to no avail. I'm gonna try DS9 to work now, since i've never done bases before. i hope it works, coz i've got my eye on ome other bases as well...lets just say that there is one that is meant to be the size of a planet...
